Welcome to Gotland Gin (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website www.gotlandgin.co.uk and to any orders or purchases made through it.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Gotland Gin is an independent gin producer based in the United Kingdom, dedicated to creating premium spirits inspired by country life and craftsmanship.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Gotland Gin.
By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient (if different) are at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe this condition has not been met. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

Occasionally, products may be temporarily unavailable. If so, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute where appropriate.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirmation. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance.
Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we send a dispatch confirmation email or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order.
We accept payment by major debit and credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
We may offer international shipping in the future. Please contact us for details.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on demand, location, and courier availability.
Delivery costs are displayed at checkout and vary by location and order size.
If you provide incorrect delivery details or fail to accept delivery, we cannot be held responsible for resulting delays or losses, except where required by law.
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You do not generally need to give a reason. However, certain exceptions may apply, including to some perishable goods, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and other goods excluded by law.

Where a cancellation right applies, you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect, or the law requires otherwise.
Refunds will be issued within the applicable statutory period and in accordance with your legal rights.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so that we can resolve the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, all Gotland Gin gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be calculated from the date the voucher is issued.
Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period. Once a voucher has expired, it cannot be redeemed, extended or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
The 12-month validity of a gift voucher does not mean that Gotland Gin experiences are available throughout the entire year.
Gin experiences are generally offered on selected dates between March and October, inclusive. Experiences are not routinely available outside this seasonal period.
Customers purchasing or receiving a voucher for a gin experience should therefore be aware that the opportunity to book and attend is limited to the dates on which experiences are scheduled and made available by Gotland Gin.
We recommend that voucher holders contact us and arrange their experience well in advance of the voucher's expiry date.
All experience bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with Gotland Gin.
A gift voucher does not guarantee a booking on a particular date, and preferred dates cannot be guaranteed. Customers should contact us to confirm available dates before making travel or accommodation arrangements.
We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly towards the end of the season.
It is the voucher holder's responsibility to make a booking and redeem their voucher before its expiry date.
If a voucher holder does not book or attend an available experience within the voucher's validity period, the voucher will normally expire and will no longer be redeemable. We are unable to guarantee an extension solely because a voucher holder has not booked in time.
If Gotland Gin is unable to offer a reasonable opportunity to redeem a voucher within its validity period, please contact us before the voucher expires so that we can discuss the available options.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer law.
Occasionally, an experience may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, operational issues or unforeseen events.
Where we cancel a confirmed booking, we will contact the customer and, where reasonably possible, offer an alternative available date. Any refund or other remedy will be provided where required by law or applicable booking terms.
Unless otherwise stated, gift vouchers:
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be used after their expiry date.
Must be presented or quoted when making a booking or redeeming the voucher.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes unless expressly permitted.
Are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged to the extent that the voucher cannot be verified, except where required by law.
Gift vouchers, discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, restrictions on use and product exclusions. Any additional conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase or promotion.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and branding, is the property of Gotland Gin or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce or use any material from the website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Misuse the website or interfere with its security.
Post or transmit unlawful, offensive or harmful material.
Use the website in a way that disrupts others' use or breaches any law.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or terminate its use if these Terms are breached.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, we will not be liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control or for indirect or consequential losses, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Personal information collected via our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, transport delays, extreme weather or supply chain issues.
In such cases, we will notify affected customers where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
This section does not affect any statutory consumer rights or obligations that apply.
We may update these Terms periodically.
The version published on our website at the time you place your order will generally apply to that purchase, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
